We are pleased to share this Intranet Tour of The Station, Mead & Hunt’s Synthesis 6 intranet. Our tour guides will be Kathy Schumann, Employee Experience + Communications Director and Jennifer Folmer, Knowledge Manager.

Delivering an amazing employee experience is a high priority for Mead & Hunt. This can be challenging because of their diverse workforce spanning 8 disciplines in 55 locations. To help focus their employee experience improvements, Mead & Hunt engages an outside consultant periodically to assess employee experience. 

Mead & Hunt’s most recent employee experience survey surfaced surprisingly consistent opportunities for improvement across the firm, many of which they were able to address through content improvements and participation campaigns on The Station. 

In this Intranet Tour, Kathy and Jennifer will share how they used The Station to enhance their employee experience through:

  • Improvement to their employee directories + profiles

  • Involving employees in data collection

  • Publishing additional content on Mead & Hunt’s services
