Speaker Bio
Jonathan Bykowski is a principal and practice area leader at Array Architects with more than ten years of healthcare design experience. As the practice area leader for continuous improvement, Jonathan is responsible for the development and implementation of a culture of positive change and engagement throughout the firm. Jonathan is a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds degrees both in Architecture and Interior Design. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and chairs process improvement initiatives for Array in addition to working with health systems nationally.
