Speaker Bio
Josh Lobel is the founder of The Josh Lobel Initiative. He challenges the efficacy of digital technology to effectively facilitate communication in design, including the creation, storage, and dissemination of design information. Josh was a contributor and co-editor of “Computational Constructs: Architectural Design, Logic and Theory”, a collection of research from the MIT Design and Computation Group which was recently published by China Architecture and Building Press in association with the World Association of Chinese Architects. Josh holds a BArch from Cornell University and an SMArchS from MIT. Josh has been a guest lecturer at Cornell University, and a guest critic at Princeton and MIT.
