INTRANET TOUR | Building Community @ Parkhill—An Adventure in Communication and Culture Growth

Join us for an Intranet Tour of RED, Parkhill’s Synthesis 6 intranet. Our tour guides will be Kristen West, Knowledge Coordinator and Fanchon Henneberger, Learning & Development Manager.

Parkhill’s intranet has evolved as the firm has grown from 350 to over 500 employees in the past three years. The focus has been to keep people connected and aligned with the Six Areas of Excellence and Parkhill’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Through all that change Parkhill’s intranet team leveraged Synthesis to build and reinforce the personal connections that define Parkhill’s unique culture.

In this Intranet Tour, Kristen and Fanchon will share how they:

  • Created a Community Managers network

  • Developed and tested navigation and information flow

  • Balance employee contributions with firmwide news and resources.

We’ll make sure to save plenty of time for Q+A.

This 45-minute webinar will take place on Thursday, May 9 at 11 AM PT.

We hope to see you there!
