Speaker Bio
Rebecca Arsham is the corporate CADD training manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff, one of the world’s leading architectural, engineering, and construction management organizations. As Balfour Beatty’s professional services division, Parsons Brinckerhoff has a global presence with more than 8000 active Bentley and Autodesk software professionals working on projects. As the corporate CADD training manager, Rebecca is responsible for the development of the corporate-wide CADD training program. Blending many different formats, the program offers both Bentley and Autodesk software training and learning resources, while also mentoring PB CADD professionals by teaching them best practice techniques that are focused on successful project implementation and completion. Rebecca has extensive experience in the development and integration of the Community of Practice approach to promote staff engagement specifically in regards to knowledge sharing, adoption of new technologies and career development.
