The Synthesis Workshop / Spring 2021 will take place on Zoom on April 15th, 2021 between 9:00 - 1:30 PDT. Synthesis Workshops are designed to help our clients achieve their business goals with Synthesis, our social intranet platform for architecture and engineering firms.
This half-day workshop will offer general sessions as well as breakouts. The event is designed to be modular, so you can identify and join for the topics that are more important to you.
As always, this will be a great opportunity to share knowledge, develop ideas, and build relationships with other clients in the KA Advance community.

Hangout: Cultivating Workplace Community
In this hangout we’ll spend time exploring the following question: “How do we cultivate a sense of belonging for new and long term employees in a hybrid workplace?”
You’ll have an opportunity to first reflect on how your organization’s approach and then explore this topic with 4-5 AEC intranet champions from different organizations. We’ll end the session together to identify takeaways and highlight insights.

In this session you’ll hear from intranet champions who are using their Synthesis intranet to foster community in a variety of ways. You’ll get to learn about their context, see their work, and ask questions.

Hangout: Intranet Tour Social Hour
We know you like to see each other's intranets! We’ll end the day looking at intranets together. In the first half of this informal session, three champions will give brief tours of their Synthesis intranets. In the second half of this session, we’ll have time for anyone who wants to share their intranet to jump in and do so.
