LPA’s I’m New Here page includes onboarding schedules, orientations, and quick links. The onboarding schedules are formatted as guides, with a page for week one, and then months one, two, and three. As a new employee, it is reassuring to see your onboarding tasks and schedule broken down by the day—and even the hour—so you know exactly what to expect while you are getting your footing.
What’s Included
Guide
Once the guide is created, pages can be added and rearranged in the content outliner. Users can easily navigate between sections of the onboarding guide using the automatically generated guide outline or navigation footers.
Smart Navigation Block
The I’m New Here and Onboarding Schedule pages include smart navigation blocks in grid layout, showing the title of the page and custom icons created by the LPA marketing team. These items display automatically in the block because they are nested just below the page in the content outliner.
Basic Employee Block
The employee blocks display whom to contact with questions.
Basic Image Block With Text
Each orientation schedule page begins with a single image block and text. The image is aligned to the left with introductory text aligned to the right.
Table Block
The orientation schedule is broken down by day or week into two-column table blocks with the left column shaded.
Horizontal Lines
Each table block is separated by horizontal lines.
