Document, Video, and Image Libraries are great tools for building central repositories of large collections of files such as Design Standards, Presentations, Training Videos, or Stock Images. 

Smart Blocks allow you to insert files from those libraries onto pages using filters.

Together they provide a powerful combination for managing essential content.
