Jennifer Faist is the Director of Knowledge Management at Knowledge Architecture, where she develops the community, ideas, processes, and services necessary to help clients take their Knowledge Management programs to the next level. Prior to joining Knowledge Architecture, Jennifer built and developed the Knowledge Management teams at Gensler and HKS, two large and well respected AEC firms. She brings deep experience and a rich understanding of what it takes to make Knowledge Management programs succeed in our industry.
