KA Connect Airport Transfers
If you requested an airport pick up or return trip on your day of departure, Hall Transportation will provide those transfers.

Booking Confirmation
Hall Transportation will confirm your bookings(s) via email between Aug 1 - 7th.
Please email book@hallutah.com and cc sstrom@knowledge-architecture.com if you haven’t heard from Hall Transportation by the end of the day on Aug, 7th.
Pick up at SLC Airport
The pickup time on your confirmation will reflect your flight's arrival time into SLC. Hall Transportation understands that it will take time to deplane, retrieve luggage, and reach the curb. They have budgeted time for this into your airport pickup.
Most attendees will share a vehicle with fellow attendees whose arrival times are within 30 minutes of your own. Please go directly to baggage claim to help your group with a timely pickup.
During core travel hours, a greeter holding a KA Connect sign will meet you near baggage claim. They will gather your group and communicate with your driver once the group is assembled. Your confirmation email will have more information about where to meet the greeter or your driver (if you are a singleton).
Hall Transportation will track your flight and will adjust your driver or group as needed.
Your return trip to SLC Airport
Please take note of the pickup time and location in your booking confirmation.
Multiple vehicles will head to the airport on your departure day; each will have a unique manifest with specific riders. Getting in your correct vehicle will make everyone’s departure smooth.
