This Accelerator will focus on Upskilling New Employees: Firm Culture, History, and Business Strategy. Together we'll explore how firms are creating consistent onboarding experiences, rightsizing education about firm strategy, and connecting new hires to the firm’s mission and culture from day one.

Over sixty AEC firms are now working in Synthesis LMS. While every firm has unique learning priorities, many are working through similar challenges, experimenting with similar strategies, and searching for answers to similar questions.

To help firms learn faster together, we're launching a series of topical LMS Accelerators in June and July.

Each LMS Accelerator focuses on a specific learning challenge and brings together practitioners who are actively doing the work. Through discussion, examples, and shared experiences, participants can explore what's working, what's not, and how other firms are approaching similar goals.

The goal is to advance our collective understanding of modern learning and development practices in the AEC industry. By learning from one another's successes, experiments, and lessons learned, participants gain practical ideas they can apply within their own firms while helping move the entire community forward.

Each Accelerator includes facilitated discussion, participant examples, peer insights, small-group conversations, and opportunities for questions and idea sharing.

Knowledge Architecture may capture recordings and notes for internal use to help identify community trends and insights. Recordings and session materials will not be distributed outside the participant group without permission.
